Herotek - RF & Microwave Components

Herotek is an advanced designer and manufacturer of RF and Microwave components and sub-sytems from DC to 75 GHz and beyond. Their products include Detectors, Comb Generators. Limiters, Switches, GaAsFET Amplifiers (Broadband, Low Noise and Power)and intergrated sub-sytems of many tyepes including up and down converters, multipliers, harmonic mixers and transceivers. Herotek supplies parts for the Military, Industrial and Commercial Markets. All Herotek products are produced in their USA headquarters in San Jose, California.


Herotek manufacture a wide range of diode detectors covering frequency range from 100 kHz to 50 GHz including Zero Bias & High Sensitivity Schottky Detectors, Tunnel Diode Detectors, Limiter Protected Tunnel Diode Protectors, Biased Schottky Diode Detectors & Microwave Pulse/CW Power Monitors.

Herotek produce wide band and multi-octave amplifiers covering 0.1 GHz to 40 GHz. There are also Ultra Multi Octave Low Noise Amplifiers for applications from 0.01 GHz to 20 GHz. Power Amplifiers for commercial applications from 1 GHz to 18GHz.

Limiter products that cover the frequency range from DC to 40 GHz and with power ratings up to 100W. PIN diode types include low and very leakage types. Both connectorized and surface mount types are available.

PIN diode based RF switches that cover 0.5 GHz to 18 GHz in both SPST and SPDT styles. Also available are Low Insertion Loss Transfer switches in frequency bands covering 0.5 GHz to 18 GHz.

Comb & Impulse Generators

These devices are designed to produce a broadband spectrum output based on harmonics of the input signal. Available with or without pre-amplifiers, signals in excess of 75 GHz may be generated with connector or waveguide outputs. There are enhanced assembly types for severe vibration applications.
